The flexoprint machine is the packaging technology's additional equipment, which replaces the screen printing is slow and arduous phase, that it will became rapid and automatic printing

Due to the design of the Flexoprint using a minimal amount of paint the operator can print on a range of materials from the thinnest cardboards though to the thickest corrugated cardboards in an efficient and economical way. The machine is equipped with an automatic feeder, which greatly simplifies the feeding and the exact pressure, so two or three-color printing can be solved. The feeder has a pushing system and it is completed with vacuum engineering which help to planish the paper. The machine work with water-based paint so it is very environment-friendly. With the washing -function the cleaning of the machine is automatic. The printing template can be fixed to the roller by special hooks or glue. The template can be up to 1470 mm in length and the thickness of 5 mm. The feeding rolls and the conveyor rolls are rubber coating, and the rolls height adjustable. (for +10 mm)

The utilizable materials: cartons, gray sheets, microwave plates, corrugated board, c, b, bc, from 1 mm thickness to the five-ply plate.
